Needed last minute tees for VIP attendees of a very big event happening in Central Park. This would have been great business for this small shop as it was a large order. We like to support local mom & pop businesses. It was difficult to get past the door as the shop had so many young men in front of the shop blocking the entrance inside. There's a barbershop next door, it's warm out, it's Harlem...we get it. Once we managed to get in, owner/manager was not to be found and there were random people just hanging out in the shop. Never got the chance to conduct business. We left and found another place.

Good standard industry prices. But... It was overall bad biz. Itchy shirts and extra big masks with fading logos. No correspondence at all. Didn't do the design we agreed on. Wouldn't ship. They didnt want the work. Even for 30 item order fully paid. "We wouldnt ship, because they don't feel like waiting in line at the post office" man says. Even though I live 50 miles away. Lame attitudes/work/ itchy/fading materials is what to expect if you don't know them. You can do better. You lost me.
