I don't know what this company is, but they certainly are about scamming their customers the first chance they get. I am sickened by this janky service. One day my phone stops working. Long story short, do not let anyone assist you....they are trying to scam you!!!!! Hang up, and reset your phone, then go and get a new phone with new number and plan!!!!! This is scam central!

We purchased a phone through the Tracfone website. We asked the chat person if the phone would work in Puerto Rico, since we had an upcoming trip there and that was the reason for purchasing the phone. She said yes and we proceeded with the purchase. Forward two months to the time of the trip and my dad (who is almost 80) travels to Puerto Rico: no service. I contacted Tracfone and they said they needed to change the zip code to his location in Puerto Rico and everything would work. A few minutes later they said that they do not offer service in Puerto Rico, so he would have to buy a different phone. Told me a manager would call me in 15 minutes. No call received. I called the following day and after asking me the same questions all over again (because they apparently do not type anything) they told me that Tracfone would not solve the issue, even though their representative lied to us before we purchased the phone. I have had my phone with Tracfone for many years. Thankfully my contract ends in less than a month. I will be getting a phone elsewhere. Thank you, Tracfone, for leaving an 80 year old man without communication in Puerto Rico where I cannot help him.

Well Did you know the Auto refill discount is for 3 months only it would have been nic3e to know that when starting service on their website also Also it would be nice to actually speak with onshore agents when the off shore seem to have issues understanding you. but what can one do there I am really disappointed with the situation since we worked with an agent last month about the refill issue who never once told us about the 3 month discount nor showed us on the site where it said so

Purchased a phone for elderly mother . Kept coming up with a man's name, called spent over an hour and spoke with 3 ppl who couldn't help me change the name to my mothers name and couldnt. sending the phone back. Would t give-a number for corporate to talk to . Really need to have customer service here in the states .
