this is my first year using this tax software and it is a nightmare!!!! no one seems to be able to resolve the issues this 2021 software is having. However, I was sent software from the previous year and it does not work either. I have reached out and each time the account manager has let me down. I heard good things about Sigma Tax Pro, now I am ready to see those "good things". My clients are depending on me!

It has been almost a month now and I am still being told by tech support that I am having issues and they need to contact the developer. I have been told that 3times by someone in tech support and I am still having issues. The first 2 times there was not even a glitch. Tech support did not know what they were doing. I emailed my account manager 6 days ago and he has not responded to my email. This is my third and last year. Would I recommend......NO

This company is the worst company ever. My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this company. The customer service is horrible and no one is ever on the same accord. Do not ask to speak to management because they most certainly will never call you back. My experience with this company has been really frustrating. They always say they need to contact the developer and call you back. If I could give zero stars I would.
