The doctor was FANTASTIC! Very kind, very caring. The receptionist, Mary, needs to work on her people skills. Shes the face of the office, but was very rude when I showed up 8 minutes before my appointment. She was also very curt in her calls, which made me feel like I was doing her a favor by booking my appointments. I deliberately did not purchase my contacts from here because she was so unpleasant. I would not come back here. But the place is clean. Limited eyeglass selection, though.

I scheduled an appointment for my 5 and 4 year olds recently. I came across Uptown Family Vision online. I checked out their website and decided to book via their website, which is easy. The wait was short- and my fault as we arrived a few minutes late. We chose to have both our kids examined together, my oldest went first then my youngest. I was very impressed with Dr. Nham, she did a spectacular job engaging my children and making them feel at ease. The examinations were thorough but fun for my kids. Dr. Nham did a great job explaining to all of us what the test were and how they would be performed. While my girls did not need glasses, I did browse at look at frames. Their selection is great- lots of brands and the styles range from classic to trendy for both adults and children. I think I may actually book my own exams with Dr. Nham going forward. I get the feeling she is the the of doctor you want your whole family to see. We are definitely going back!

This was my first experience with Dr. Nhan and I cannot imagine ever going to anyone else! I have never had such wonderful care. Dr. Nhan is a professional in every sense of the word. She took her time examining my eyes and listening to my concerns. The exam was extremely thorough. After the exam her assistant Mary took the time to listen to what I was looking for in frames.Today I picked up my glasses and WOW! WOW! WOW! I felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz when she opened the door and saw all the beautiful colors before her. I couldn't believe that a pair of glasses could make such a difference. The frames that Mary suggested could not be more perfect. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Nham and Uptown Family Vision. I would highly recommend this Vision Center.
