Hello Zee, sorry to hear you were disappointed in your experience. I do however take issue with your characterization of my communication with you as a lie. After you placed your online order you did indeed call the store and spoke to me. You first asked for an estimated time for pickup, which I said, would be around 5pm. You then mentioned that you had done your best to complete your design online but asked if I could help fix some of the alignment and placement issues, which I agreed to do. Unfortunately the time it took to fix your design delayed the estimated time of completion. When you got to the store I did mention it would be 10 additional minutes, but I then thought it would be best for you to review the changes I had made to your design before the order was printed. So I pulled up your design on the computer to show you the updates I had made. Upon seeing the changes you directed me to make additional changes to size, placement, alignment, etc. Even though we were very busy and many other customers were waiting, I spent an extended amount of time working with you in an effort to get your design exactly how you wanted it. Designing can sometimes be tricky so the idea of going back and forth over a design is not unusual, but that process is time consuming, so one can't expect a job to be completed in the same amount of time as if there were no adjustments. I am surprised and disappointed that after spending the extended time working with you and you replying yes when asked if the final image on the screen was what you wanted on the shirt, that in your review you mentioned you were still not satisfied with size, colors, or the proportions of words. Again, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We always strive to provide our customers the highest quality products and the best customer service.

I was very disappointed in this business establishment. I was looking to surprise my grandfather with a custom shirt with all of his great grandchildren names on it for his 86th birthday. I custom made my own design online and submitted it through their website. I followed up my online order with a phone call to the store and apparently spoke with the owner, in reference to the time my shirt would be ready and also details on alignment. I was told that my shirt would be ready at 5 pm. (I placed my order at 2 pm) When I actually arrived at the store a little after 5 PM (~5:10 pm) for my shirt, the owner stated that it would be 10 additional minutes to finish printing. Not only did I stay an additional 40 minutes waiting on the shirt, the owner had the audacity to come out and ask me about changes to the alignment after waiting at least 25 min. (During the time I THOUGHT it was printing ) After the in-store revisions there was no preview of how it would actually look on the shirt similar to how the online order was set up. The shirt that I received was not the same shade of blue color I originally chose and the proportions of words on the backside were small for the shirt size. Very different than the online order!!! In addition to this, while I was in the store, multiple customers came up with custom orders and he told him that it took 15 minutes for him to do. Im not sure why mine did not take the same amount of time but I was highly disappointed in the fact that he lied about how long it would take to complete my order. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.
