Theres a lot of reasons. I was told incorrect and repeated my questions to better understand and was told one thing and then told another. I ask questions with anything before I sign anything and to do my job as a customer and did that and was told I was correct and then told opposite was wrong. Not only that the mechanic broke my crown off my steering wheel and nothing was compensated for that just a sorry. I was treated poorly not only from the auto shop but from the manager also. I gave her my full statement on what happen that day and gave her my insight on how I was treated and me being a buyer and been with them for years she never reply anything back. I never got an email back or a phone call back and that just proves a lot right there. I will never return here again and found elsewhere that is way cheaper and better service and is treated with loyalty and kindness.

I ended up paying for a service I didnt need. I got my battery tested which I didnt need and they were told that that wasnt the issue. Auto zone even does the test for free. I was told Id be given a phone call when my part arrived. Waited at least 6 weeks and was never called back and eventually my car wouldnt start because I needed that part. I even sent an email regarding the issue a week prior. No answer whatsoever. For sure wont be coming back. Definitely got scammed and ripped off and will definitely be taking my business to Dan Vaden!
