I bought a jigsaw puzzle and I was amazed when I received it that it had not been separated! It had only been broken into sections to fit in the box. Most of the pieces are still joined. So I'm supposed to separate the pieces before building? It's ridiculous! Refund was refused. The quality looks poor anyway compared to Ravensburger puzzles of which I have had a custom puzzle before. I was just looking for somewhere that did a slightly different ratio size. UPDATE; They have made an exception for my case and given me option of returning for refund or voucher for the value. I thank them for their service.
Disgusting! As a professional graphic designer I set 3 plates for a family who have lost so many during the pandemic. I wanted to do something special for them. All 3 plates came back not centred with the artwork slipped very close to one edge. Don't be fooled by nicely worded emails, they won't help and don't care. After a number of emails they just quote the 10% margin of error. I sent one design separately and sent 2 emails pleading that this person was no longer alive and begging for it to be perfect. Yet again it came through slipped off centred. It is quite clear they don't care - Bags of no love! Yes the print quality on a cheap plate is good and they are quick in production and maybe this is where the problem lies. If you want perfection do not use this company. Looks like I have wasted almost 150 and will have to go elsewhere for perfection. Since leaving this review, Bags of Love made contact and kindly offered to reprint all of my faulty plates for free. I have now received the new plates and they are better than the first print run. They are still not 100% perfect but it is clear they have tried to get them close. Thank you Bags of Love for doing the reprint, just a shame I had to leave a negative review to make this happen.
I am constantly amazed how every order I place with BoL is consistently notified with progress, arrives on time & is of an excellent quality. And prices are very affordable! Hi Antonio, let us look into this for you. To answer a few of your queries, we want to be as transparent as possible. We indeed produce from the UK and most of our teams are based here. We have support teams all over the world, like many other companies, and this in itself isn't and shouldn't be an issue. Covid is sadly still impacting here and there though thankfully vaccinations are on the way to help us all, wherever and whoever we are, come back to a more normal life. In regards to calling you, we are happy to call back when need be so we are looking into why this wasn't offered if it was actually needed. In terms of quality, they are very good. However, I placed 2 orders recently and both of them were delayed and I had to complain to get them dispatched. The customer service is just through chat and is not even based in England and they LIE. - we have a slight delay they say... when I complain, mysteriously they had to return all fabric stock and they will not have more for 2 weeks. - we dispatched your order! Tracking number please? Oh, sorry, your order is still here. I wanted to speak with the manager over the phone, but they can't call me because of covid, which oa totally ridiculous unless covid is transmitted over the phone. Lie after lie to try to cover their mistakes, and even the quality is good, to recieve the order in the time they send it, you can find another companies much cheaper than them. Avoid companies who base their customer services out of the country and lie to their customers.
