Hi Fergus, sorry you seem to have had trouble with our booking system, however please note that you are totally able to book for more than one person at a time. In fact, you can book for as many people as you want, all under the same account name, to make it easy for one person to make multiple bookings for friends and family alike. If you are still having trouble making a booking, please drop us an email to "[email protected]" and we would be happy to reserve your booking offline for you.

Impossible booking system which means you can't book for more than 1 person. Will go elsewhere.

I dont like to leave a bad review, and I should have said something at the time, but frankly I felt a bit intimidated so here is my not-very-brave way of responding to a less-than-perfect experience. My kids (12 & 15) have loved wakeboarding in the past and were really excited that there was somewhere they could do it in London. As soon as the season opened they were keen to head down - aware that it might be a bit cold. When they last did it at a lake in Wales in the Autumn, the venue laid on hot water bottles and blankets to keep them warm between sessions. Sadly there was nothing like that level of attentiveness to the customer here. The staff seemed to consist of about four (it was hard to tell who worked there) guys, all in mirrored shades (it was a cloudy day) which they didnt ever take off, and who were all drinking beers and listening to music that was so loud that my kids struggled to hear the instructions they were being given. While the cable operator was friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff seemed more interested in themselves. Im not sure what the safety cover arrangements were supposed to be, but the dock is deep and the cable is long - and when a barely seaworthy dinghy nearby did get launched after my kids and finished - it was comical to watch. With zero shelter from the wind, thin wetsuits and no real way to stay warm, my kids struggled to stay in the water. The result is that Ive spent 170 for four 10 minute sessions, and got some kids whose enthusiasm for the sport is severely dented.
