First time buying with DMR, having used a different AD over the years, I was very surprised about DMR's customer service, a brilliant experience. Pedro and his manager took care of us, were super nice and very knowledgeable regarding the product I was picking up, and took the needed time in order to explain every function of it. Exceptional client experience, professional service, and a very welcoming team at DMR London. I had the privilege and pleasure of making my first watch purchase with Baron in mid-2021.
