My order is always wrong. From completely wrong name on the order and wrong restaurant, to wrong items from the restaurant, missing items, etc. Always something. Today I was literally told "I don't know what to tell you." Wow. That's helpful. It will be ANOTHER hour now for us to get our correct order. Far too expensive a service to not even have a requirement to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Just horrible.

Fantastic, local service. The drivers are always super polite and the support you get through either email or by calling is 2nd to none. If you ever have an issue they are really fast with fixing it, unlike other delivery services. If you're in the Chattanooga area or in northern Georgia, I couldn't recommend them enough to deliver your next meal!

Worst delivery service in Chattanooga. I ordered at 5:55 and at 6:46 I get a call that the driver is at the restaurant and it is closed. Okay, maybe not totally their fault, but I'm told if I place another order, they will waive the delivery fee and get it to me fast. Well that certainly did not happen. I placed a new order at 6:53 for a 7:30 delivery time. At 7:19 I call bc the tracker is saying it will arrive at 8:25. They said their tracker is inaccurate (what's the point!?!) and they will dispatch to another drive and it will be to me within 20 minutes tops. I asked if she could guarantee this because I was leaving the location at 7:45. She said yes. Within 5 minutes the driver had been changed again and was still saying after 8:00 arrival. I literally called the restaurant, placed the same order and drove to go pick it before their driver got to the restaurant. When I asked the restaurant about the DD order, they said it had been sitting there FOREVER. Who wants food that has been sitting for almost an hour? In the end, the order did in fact arrive after 8p, I was gone and had to go back and get it later to throw it away. And my card was still charged for the full order with delivery fee.
