Hi Isobel, we apologize for the communication break down. Typically results are provided right away for knowledge tests. With the COVID-19 restrictions, we no longer are able to grade the test right in front of you and provide you with the results immediately. You should have received a text with your score. I don't know if we recorded your phone number incorrectly, if it was mistyped or if there may have been a network delay. Please call our office at 425 643 0116 and we can let you know the results. I attempted to look up your name in the system so that I could reach out to you directly to let you know what the score was but it seems that the name on your Google profile is not the name in our system for you. its been four (almost five) hours since taking the written knowledge test and still no response about the grades. my peers have found out if they passed or not within minutes of taking it at other schools, yet this place is so unprofessional and irresponsible it seems unlikely ill ever know.

Hi Daniel, I was able to look you up and see that you've taken the test twice with us. The skill test that is administered is graded the same way at any testing facility. At the end of every test, we provide a carbon copy to the student as well as review the marks that were missed in hopes that applicants will succeed on their next attempt. The oldest vehicle in our fleet is 4 years old, but perhaps you're accustomed to driving something newer. We wish you well on your next attempt. I've been driving for over 10 years, recently moved to Seattle from Texas and needed to get a DL. I took the test a couple of times before deciding to go somewhere else. These people made me feel like they really want you to fail the skill test so you come over and pay them multiple times. Their scoring is totally bias, The cars are old and dirty and the instructors treat you like you're just a number. I've been driving for more than ten years and this is stopping me from getting a license in the state and just making the process so expensive and painful.

I absolutely loved my lessons with Tyson. I am 36, and just moved here from Chicago. Although I have my license, I haven't driven in over 10 years. I decided to sign up for some private lessons to serve as a refresher before I got on the road. Tyson was very kind, professional and confident. I have a serious fear of driving on the freeway, and he helped me through it. Now I get to enjoy road trips around the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Thank you so much again!
