I arrived at appointment time 10-30 am wrote on sheet shown that I will be waiting with car as arranged sat down with salesman to view possible new car, then sat waiting for car to be done 2pm showroom assistant asked what I was waiting for explained to him. he said o I have rung you at home 12-15 to to tell you about your car. nobody at home so sitting waiting and waiting??????????

Order parts for the suspension on my fiat idea 54 plate as these parts I could only get from the main dealer got told they would be ready to collect in 2 days so ring 2 days later to find out that 2 of the parts have to be shipped from Italy so would be another 5 days at least so today 19/08/2020 I ring to be told my parts are ready to collect yay can get my car back on the road drive the 21 miles to glen hopkins to be told 1 a part hasn't arrived won't be there till at least Friday then see the invoice and they have only ordered 1 of each part but I'm changing both front suspension so will need two of each part and 4 of each of the nuts and bolts so now got to pay over double what I was quoted when I said on the phone how many I needed as I was changing both sides so have gotta wait even longer plus another 41 mile round trip to Chelmsford very annoyed as asked if I could take what was already there pay for the whole order there and then and have the rest delivered to my address saving the second round trip to be told sorry we don't do deliveries not even a bit of leaway to make up for there mistake thought main dealers where meant to set an example and you should be able to put your trust in them very disappointed with the service. Steve Update get a call the day after posting the above review to say when my parts come in they will ring me for address details and get a driver to deliver the parts so some comprise so a week later today my parts turn up but no phone call to say they on there way so wife had to rush home to meet the guy only to find that they have again messed up and only ordered 2 of 4 of the parts I need (again doing both sides of the front suspension) so call up to be told that they got the nuts I need but not the screws so gotta wait till Monday now for the parts. Update number 2. So just finished dinner and get a knock at the door and it's Mick the driver with my missing parts very unexpected but nice suprise this man needs some real appreciation and some form of thank you from his boss as he has done this in his own time as he promised yesterday to get the missing parts to me Glyn Hopkin need more employees like Mick in there ranks so I'm gonna say thank you so much Mick top man. So tomorrow I will be getting my car back on the road all thanks to Mick the driver .

After my partner and I having the worst ever experience in buying her "dream" car from Bishops Stortford branch,we have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff at chelmsford quite well,as they properly know their products. George Buxton has been an absolute godsend,and restored our faith in both the brand and the company in what has been an extremely distressing situation for my partner losing sleep and various days off from work. We can recommend both George and chelmsford highly worthy of 5* ,unlike stortford whos sales dept and manager really dont deserve a rating

I have just purchased a new Dacia Duster for my son. With the help from Josan and Amin everything went through without any hassle. Both were absolutely fabulous and always on the end of the phone ir contact via email with quick response. I would recommend if you are buying a Dacia from Glyn Hopkins Dacia at St. Albans then you get into charge with either of these guys. I rate them as a 10/10. Thank you both again

Not very honest....selling a demo car. Apparently it can't have the manufacturers warranty because it's a Demo car. Other Alfa dealers are puzzled about why..... I don't think I trust people like that. Shame, I drove 2 hours to see a dud vehicle.
