Hello Ryan! We really appreciate your feedback on what you experienced at Leonard East. As for this incident this is a matter of consumers energy, we do not control the power. But we will make sure to be in communication with them more to make sure this does not occur again!
They just decided to shut the power down on 3/18 with out any warnings. To fix a breaker box in one apt so in the meantime residents with breathing machines or on some kind of medical issue suffer. You'd thing they would plan this better but obviously they don't care so dam ghetto.
I applied and they immediately cancalled the application online after getting my application fees telling me it was because they had everything they needed and there manager would get ahold of me after reviewing my application. That was 3 weeks ago and they keep just telling me he will get to it eventually. I truly believe they are straight stealing application fees from ppl with no intention to review applications
