We searched for weeks for a safe vehicle to buy as our family's second vehicle. We saw many other vehicles at other dealerships, but none of the vehicles compared to the vehicle we found here. It was in good condition and it was extremely clean. While they could not negotiate the listed price due to COVID and the auto industry right now, we feel that we bought the vehicle for a fair price. The customer service that Ian provided was informative and not at all pushy or uncomfortable. Isaac's Pre-Owned Autos was far away from home, but we are happy with the vehicle that we purchased. These guys are super easy to work with. I drove down from Fort Wayne and they held the car for me. Drove it and bought it in 30 minutes basically. 2014 Chevy Bolt Premium. They only charge a doc fee on top of the selling price. No bait and switch garbage. No additional VIN etching or other backdoor fees. The cars they have are very clean. Great condition. I worked with Ian, would definitely return if they had another car I was looking for.
