Contacted about a Mustang that I was basically already sold on. Replied saying someone had a deposit. Huh?? Never heard of that before. You either want the car or you don't. Loan answers usually take less than an hour. Don't seem like smart business to me. That was Monday and its still listed. Oh well....

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu here and I will say from the start, it's not your normal car dealership experience. I went in on a Saturday to look at the car first and was not immediately rushed by a salesman. After a few minutes one of the owners Steve came up to me and asked if he could help me with anything. I asked him if I could look inside and he went to the office and got the keys. He allowed me to explore and check out the car without hovering or trying to push a sale. I then asked if I could take it for a test drive and he was more than willing to let me take it for a solo spin. I returned after about 15 minutes and he answered every question and when I asked if I could have my mechanic take a look at it first, he had no problem with that and again did NOT try and push any sale on me, not even ask me about money. After having my mechanic check out the car and getting the green light, I began working with the other owner Dustin via email. He answered everything that I threw at him and even better was very prompt with his response. Over the course of the week we discussed all the details of the sale and come Saturday we walked in and within 45 minutes we were done. That was it, no pushy sales pitch, no trying to hold on to my key or any stereotypical car salesman. I will say that they set the car sales standard very high and I would suggest if you are looking into a car you give them a look.
