This is a very unfair review as this client has received ALL of their website files and a fully functional website for half the price. We decided they were not a good fit because expectations were unrealistic and this what we ended up with after being VERY fair. The threat was not what is stated in this review.

Hired Precise in November 2020 to create a website for my e-commerce business. I was very clear in the beginning on what I needed and sent examples of websites I wanted my page to resemble. I followed up several times to see what the status was on my page design only to find out 4 months later (mid March 2021) they had not even completed uploading my inventory to the page. I was asked to re-upload the inventory because they could not find the files. After I sent them a screen shot from my end showing I had sent them 900+ files they realized they were looking in the wrong spot. So, I gave them another week to sort that out. I followed up again and was told I was priority on their list and that the CEO (Richard) would reach out to me to update me. That was on a Thursday so by Saturday I reached out letting him know I would be parting ways if my website was not complete by the end of the next week (again, very accommodating considering we were now 4+ months out on a website that I was quoted to take no more than a month or so). He viewed my deadline as a threat and basically told me we would not be a good fit and that he would send me all the files by Monday evening 3/29 so I could find someone else but he would not be returning my $500 deposit. Here we are 5 days later (4/3) and I still do not have the files. They took my deposit and ran. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
