The bad news, I thought, was that the service department at Springfield was booked for weeks in advance. (For several years I've gone there as we traveled through Missouri for my annual service and many aftermarket improvements.) The good news, I now know, is that Steven at Joplin was able to make me an appointment as we travel through the area. The short story is that Steven did everything possible to do everything that I needed in the short time that we were traveling through Missouri. Everything was done in a quality and timely manner and they made it affordable. Two very nice ladies even made sure that I had hot coffee while waiting. Even Len shook hands and made sure everything was going okay. We're continuing our trip through Oklahoma and I'm visiting every Museum possible. After almost 1,000 miles on my F3L, everything that Steven and his crew did is performing excellently. I missed seeing Buck, Mark, and Scott in Springfield, but I made new friends in Joplin.

These guys always take the best care of me. I am a loyal customer and appreciate their service. I know they are very busy and have lots of other customers so I try to keep that in mind when I need something.
Most of the jet skis they have online are already sold or have a deposit on them already even though they say still available online. Not worth going in store to even bother asking if they have the one you want. The buying process was absolutely ridiculous at the Joplin location. Had an appointment to sign papers at 10am and ended up twiddling our thumbs and not signing until 12:30pm. This is after spending the whole previous day at the dealership figuring out what they had in stock or not. Had to pick up the jet ski and trailer at the Springfield location (we were told to pick it up at 3). Get here and its not even ready yet. Finally get the trailer hooked up to the truck at 4:30pm and realize the tail light on the trailer was broken. 5:15pm and we finally got everything fixed and loaded. Too big of a hassle. The salesman dont act like they want your business either. Very upset with the whole situation and will be buying our second jet ski from a different dealership.
