You came in and ordered two shirts printed front and back. Within the hour you called and changed the wording. When you came in to pick up your order you were shown the front and back of both shirts and simply stated "thanks" and walked out and proceeded to write this review while still parked in our lot. Why? If you were truly unhappy or had questions about your order why wasn't something said while you were still in our store? You said in your review that we are nice people, thank you, so why did you stay in your car and write a 1 star review instead of coming back in the store and informing my staff of your allegation that your order was printed wrong so we would have had the opportunity to address your complaint and at least replace the shirts? My biggest question is why would you knowingly write a review that isn't accurate or true and definitely unfair.
