Awful returns policy- Buyer Beware! Was oversold my order by James (manager) on the promise there would be no hassle bringing tiles back- which then he refused to do - lots of excuses but basically its a scam- will not be using again.

Popped in Tile Giant to have a look around. Soon started talking to the team in there and they were really helpful. They were able to help me choose some tiles for the kitchen and my wife and I popped back in the following week and bought the tiles. They were delivered on time to the store and Micheal and the team helped my wife get the tiles into the car as she was picking them up from store. Will definitely be buying my bathroom tiles from Tile Giant. Thanks to all the team.
