Edith, Im disappointed to see your less than favorable review after we spoke on Friday afternoon 8/9, 2 days after you took delivery of your vehicle. I assured you then that the 2 plastic, purely cosmetic pieces we agreed to replace had been ordered directly from Kia. I asked for your patience, as the 2011 Kia Sportage you purchased is 8 years old and the parts were not readily available. I also made sure you had my direct contact information so we could remain in contact and I could resolve this as quickly as possible. I apologized for the previous day when your wife came in, both myself and my key vendor had no prior knowledge of any scheduled appointments, however at that time I did, as a courtesy, have my key vendor, make a second key for you. Today is 8/16/19, 9 days have passed since you took delivery of your vehicle, one of the cosmetic parts is available and the second is scheduled to arrive on Monday 9/19/19. Very unprofessional people as you walk in there asleep or on there phone, I bought a car from them with missing parts that was promised to be replaced and still no word from them, before I bought the car they call and text all the time, after I bought the car they ghost. Unfortunately I can't recoment this place at all. I went to check on getting my key unlock lock buttons replaced or fixed and they were rude.

Mohammed is the best salesman ever. We couldn't believe he was only working there a few weeks! Very friendly, honest, charismatic and full of wisdom. He really went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were happy. If only I had 2% of his positive attitude, my life would be 100% better. Anyway, the place is a FANTASTIC place to buy a used car. Besides, any place connected to Stephen's is top rate anyway. They were always the best place to buy a car.. for the past 4 decades, at least. Actually, you will NOT find a better place to buy a car than Stephen Toyota. Stephens is, and always will be, the BEST place to buy a car in Bristol. And now I've discovered New Millennium is THE BEST place to buy a used car in Bristol. I'm sending everyone I know to this place. Everyone there was great, the manager, the other salesmen. A great vibe when you walk in the place. Unfortunately I was on the verge of getting very sick with a serious asthmatic bronchitis lung infection thing, so I wish I wore a heavier jacket that day!
