Hello, we ARE open to the public, but we are in the middle of a school distribution period. When you stopped by, we had a sign posted that said closed to walk in traffic and to call a number or email for assistance. You walked right past that sign and into the store. We were more than happy to assist you if you had reached out in one of those two ways. Due to the volume of jobs, we were simply not able to accommodate you as a walk in.

Incredibly disrespectful, not open to the public Edit: You are correct. The sign was missed and that was a mistake. But your treatment of your potential clients was disgusting. Look at your own reviews, most the negative ones are for your treatment of others, not your workmanship. You're clearly good at your job but none of that matters when you disrespect the same people who want to pay you. Ive never encountered anyone foolish enough to try to defend disrespect on a public internet review. Your own immaturity and lack of wisdom by your response will hurt your business worse than I ever could. For the love of God, study some Dale Carnegie or sit in a back office and do you work where no customer must be disgraced by your precence ever again.
If I could give a review higher than 5 stars, I certainly would for Keller Embroidery. I have purchased many items branded for the company I work for through Keller, and the customer service has just been absolutely wonderful. The first order I made was delayed due to keller needing to remodel their warehouse floor (or office) and they ended up sending the stuff and offering me a refund at the same time. Then, they sent me a free hat with my company logo on it, along with a gift card... After I recieved my free hat, I ended up losing it in Gulf of Mexico, so I ordered another one and Monti reaches out to me and asked if I would like the hat I purchased and an additional replacement hat for the one I lost. What a great company I will continue to give Keller my business
