Unacceptable staff behavior. I am at a loss for words. Disgustingly rude. I had tried to sell clothes and didnt get any offer for it, which is fine I understand if they didnt wanna buy the clothes, thats not the problem. The problem is once I got home I noticed multiple pieces of clothing were missing from the bag. Stealing isnt acceptable and I wouldnt recommend anyone waste their time at this unprofessional place. I wish I could leave 0 stars

THIS PLACE STOLE FROM ME!! DO NOT DONATE CLOTHES HERE! i had dropped off a bag of clothes to donate, when I came to pick it up the girl at the register was unprofessional and RUDE. After not receiving any money for the clothes I donated, they gave me back my bag and I realized there were many pieces of clothing missing that I did not get paid for. Same thing happened to my friend. This place is a scam and a waste of time. Needs better management.

Buyers A lot of merchandise! You should find something. Sellers make an appointment or drop off and come back same day! Called yesterday 6/4/2022, went after work as a Health care provider; went home got 1 bag of shoes / 1 small box of shoes . Young guy in Dulles location explains the process; Im checked in, text confirmation receipt, come back and he tells me unfortunately, your items are either too old, outdated, or too worn I just said ok, no problem Two pairs were just bought 6 months ago from DSW; not worn.. I dont know what you use as criteria for too worn or outdated, because all of your locations have a variety of items that fit the criteria - too old, outdated or too worn and then some rare finds.
