Bought a Chanel sunglasses glasses from them since last year. The quality is very bad and i think it is not authentic. The UVI protection lenses are fade away even i wear it rarely. I paid almost $300 cash and they took money from my insurance $175 for the frame. This was the first time i bought from them because my friend told me they have many selections. Becareful and check your glasses with the expert. I bought lot of brand name and this is the first time i am experienced quality like this.

I visited 2020 Vision for an eye exam after hearing from friends and family about this place. I schedule my appointment in person a week before. When I arrived, they said to wait 5 minutes. That 5 minutes turned into 2 hours. -1 star. After having my eye exam, I was approached with aggressive sales tactics when choosing the glasses. Being indecisive AF, I needed time to send pictures to my boyfriend on which pair looked best on me. The employee was aggressive and made me choose a glasses on the spot because "There were customers waiting". I guess I wasn't a customer. -1 star. The pair of glasses I got, Raybans, end up being fake. I bought my glasses to a Rayban store and they confirmed that my pair was not authentic. In addition, the degree is to strong. I cannot wear it because it gives me a terrible headache. I cannot return the pair because of a "no refund policy". - 2 star. tldr: come here if you want them to waste your time and spend money on fake products!

Alright place, but this place is catered towards Vietnamese people as most of the people who work here are from Vietnam so they mostly speak in Vietnamese. Granted, they all speak English but it is not really their strong suit.
