I spent at the store about 30 minutes waiting just to learn their prices. Lots of employees but no one can help customers. After such a long wait, I have learned that their prices almost twice higher that others.

They miscut my center island 10 inches. They refuse to correct the issue Unhappy customers.
Dear Ms. Archibeque, Quite frankly we are confused by your post yesterday afternoon. Your text was returned from your Project Manager yesterday to address your concerns and you spoke with our Operations Managers, Chris at 3:00 p.m. He spent a good amount of time with you on the phone and assured you that our Company philosophy is to do the "right thing". He explained to you and that once we finished, it would be just that. The pictures that you posted are of an "unfinished" job. You told us to proceed knowing that shimming would be required in order for your tops to be level due to out of level new cabinets. We did everything except we left the waterfall leg unfinished due to height issues pending inspection. This morning you met with Chris. He assessed the height issue and explained the fix to you. We are re-cutting your waterfall leg in order to get a better fit. That would have happened regardless as it is the "right thing" to do. Once your job is finished we will post the pictures so that others can see the real quality of workmanship that Rocky Mountain Stone is known for. The pictures speak for themselves. This was an almost $10,000 job. I chose RMC because they came recommend. I truly regret my choice now. After multiple phone calls trying to get this resolved, I'm getting the run around and no one is calling me back. I would give less than one star if I could. Update 12/1: After being reassured that all would be corrected, we had scheduled for them to come out today to finish my missing kitchen counter top and waterfall pieces as well as my three bathroom vanities and four sinks and to begin my back splash tomorrow. I took time off work to be here and no one showed. I called RMC and was told my appointment was moved. I was not given any notification of this. The GM who responded to my first review has yet to contact me.
