I got excellent service from dealer BEN. I literally take his 2 day to purchase a vehicle. I have a language barrier and his so patient to help me find out which one is best for me. Then I drove the Q3 home and after a week I feel Q3 is small for my family. They I called him try to change to Q5, he give me surprise help me change the vehicle and didnt market up also help me find out military discount. I really appreciate it. He is the best one. I must say, car salespeople get a bad rap, but not here. I spent about 1-2 hours with Francisco Hunt and he was the BEST! He was NOT pushy, mean, aggressive or trying to make a quick sale. He was honest, polite, kind and actually listened to me with what I wanted in a car. He took me for a test drive and got to know me. I am not sure if I will be able to swing the Audi $$$ wise, but regardless, he is the man to work with!!! Hats off to him and he gave me an awesome experience!

I genuinely cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had at this Audi Service center. I was helped by Xay throughout the day, and he was such an awesome guy to work with. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and was willing to help me with any questions or concerns that I had. I came in for a simple oil change, but ended up getting my 40,000 mile service done per a recommendation by Xay, since it would be covered by my Audi Care plan. He was so kind and professional while he helped me, and he really made me feel like he valued my time. When I told him that I was taking a bus from the dealership in order to get to work, he insisted on driving me there instead, and I was shocked that he would extend that courtesy to me, but he stated that it it just how they take care of their customers there. I declined the offer since I had already pre-paid for a bus pass and had allotted the time to get to work early anyways, but the fact that he even offered speaks volumes. During the day, their service team sent me videos of the progress on my vehicle, telling me what they had found for area like my tire tread, brake pad and rotor wear, and other minor issues that they might have found. This is a system I have never had at an Audi dealership before, and I found it very interesting and wonderful to be able to see what they see behind the scenes. I would highly, highly recommend that you go and either purchase a vehicle here or just get your vehicle serviced here. They genuinely care about the customer, and they are not in it to take your money as a dealership. I had an incredible experience here and I will absolutely be coming back in the future.
