Worst uniform company I have every had to deal with! Shirts are not the size they state also the pants are really long not the size Im use to wearing. Then the company has the nerve to charge you shipping for their mistake and blame the vendor who they buy the clothes from.. total joke dont waste your time with this company your employees will not be happy at all and this review isnt for the scrubs...

Extremely unreasonable. They charge you for shipping, then if something doesn't fit, they make you pay the return shipping fee and then charge you again to ship out the replacement. On top of that, they charge a bogus "restocking fee" if you send in a return! Unless you bring it to their office, which closes at 3:30... not sure how people that work 8-5 are supposed to make it there.

Where do I begin. In the past, I worked with a guy named Larry with orders. He did an excellent job. Then, he left and all heck broke loose. Here is the laundry list of terrible service since Larry's departure: no communication, sending emails and getting no response, asking for a phone call and never receiving one, filling out the website's contact for and getting no response, orders lost and left behind, orders being placed you never authorized, missing items, wrong sizes, try to send right sizes only to send wrong sizes again, no deadlines being met. If you can avoid business here, I would suggest to do so. They are understaffed and disorganized. I will not be continuing orders through this company.

Placed an order was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get here. Then was told part of my order was on backorder. I was also told to get part of my order I would have to pay extra shipping. This place is a joke and I will NEVER use them again. I highly do not recommend anyone use this (lol) company.
