Just joined this group and am so happy I did!! It is so nice to be able to bring your child with to workout! The moms are all so so so nice and welcoming! My only regret is not doing this a year ago

This community is so unbelievably welcoming! There are a variety of awesome classes you can take and no matter what class you are in there will be mamas there to support and encourage you along the way! The instructors truly care about each person in their classes and make sure you know you have their support. I actually look forward to classes! I've done run club, body well and fit4baby as well as just weekly classes and am always so impressed at how well thr instructors know everyone and how kind everyone is.

I've been a client since 2018, when my daughter was 2 months old. It has become a part of her life, and something she'll remember forever. This is due to the fact that I get to work out with her, and she gets to be surrounded by positive female role models. There's an amazing sense of community and encouragement, plus I'm in the best shape of my life! Fit4Mom makes working out so much more enjoyable, and my kiddo gets the benefits too.

I've been a member of Fit4mom for almost 5 years. As a stay at home mom I needed to find something for me. A welcoming place for moms. A place to socialize your kids and a place to focus on you. I wish I found F4M sooner! They offer classes for women in any stage of life!!! The workouts are amazing and the community is supportive and welcoming. I do not know where I would be without them today.
