I was ready for a career move. I was having a hard time as executive roles are usually filled by someone who was referred by someone else. At that point in time none of my network knew anytime currently looking for a CTO. I decided to work with Browning and they changed the game! I was able to drastically increase my network and optimize my resume and Linkedin for the hiring algorithms. I worked with Melissa to lead my recent executive job search. She is engaging and walked me through each step of the program, explaining what I didn't understand, listening to my needs and honestly nudging me in the right direction when I got off track. Ultimately leading me to multiple offers and helping me evaluate each. I wrote the above in good faith, but honestly, it hardly describes Melissa's support during this search. This was through the worst of the COVID uncertainty plus personal challenges and just general fatigue. Melissa was my rock, my coach, my cheerleader.
