I spent 3.5k$ On a new guitar and amp. Loved both the products but had a couple issues. Sweet waters customer service and maintenance department coupled with their two year warranty solves every issue. Its rare to find a company true to their word and thats why I only shop at sweetwater. Hands down the best and only place you should buy your gear.

Sweetwater Sound has amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong part/adapter for a mic i ordered and couldn't use it. Shawn made it right. He dug deep and did the research to find exactly what I needed and sent the part to me with free shipping. I'm grateful to them. They are top-notch. I live out of state and will always buy from them.
