I liked my experience here, but recently called to get a copy of my prescription and they told me they got rid of it. I just lost eye insurance (and my glasses), and now Im SOL. Seems silly that they would just get rid of your entire file - Im not sure how that would be helpful if I ever went back for another exam and they deleted all of my history.

Was just quoted $670 for new progressive lenses and I have VSP!!! Asked for itemized price estimate and was told it doesn't work that way. Asked how to reduce the cost and was told they didn't know. Reminded them that with my VSP benefits I get 20% off for lenses, and was told that is only if I buy two pairs (not true!!). Office staff bordered on rude. What happened to Uptown Vision Clinic?? Had been my go-to for years.

I've had two great experiences here with Dr. Maffitt. She is very thorough and serious about your eye care. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Swenson is great! She's very thorough in her exams and explains everything very well. The office is really nice and the front desk staff helpful and pleasant.

I went in to look and everything was so high priced and no one wanted to even help me! I found the place to be very uptight and rude.
