First time dealing with this store and it will be the last, July 28th I went to the store looking for a new pair of shoes they had exactly the shoe I was looking for but not in my size. I explained to the sales person I need them for work the week of the 2nd. And I was told the shoes should arrive either Friday no later than Monday. I call today (Saturday July 31) to check on the shoes I was then told it could take a week to a week and a half to get them and apparently the sales person did not know that. I canceled my order and ask for a refund to my credit card the person on the phone told me the credit had been put thru. Luckily, I check my credit cards web site and saw I had actually been double charged for the shoes. So, after the run around with my credit card company and the store I finally got the refund of both amounts. This store has sales people that do not know the shipping process or how to use a credit card machine. I was trying to shop locally instead of thru the shoe website guess that was my mistake trying to help out a local business.

Terra Running Company has very friendly and knowledgeable staff that help you find what suits your needs best and it may even be a bit different than what you were expecting like in my case. P.S. They also have a coffee company with better tasting black coffee than Starbucks.
