Current boxing member of this gym. FANTASTIC workout - works everything, they really push you but are conscious of peoples limits. They work really hard to ensure a challenging, varied workout that will build muscle, tone, and leave you aching for days. My fitness and strength has improved massively from coming to a few sessions. The staff/coaches are excellent. They are friendly, patient, dedicated, very professional and really put the effort in to teach everyone. The gym is very clean and tidy, and the members are very friendly too. HIGHLY highly recommend.

I never had motivation to exercise and never enjoyed exercising until I started the boxing workouts at UMMA Training. I started off doing the 2 week trial they offer (which is probably the best thing to do as it gives you a good idea on how many sessions a week you want to do, as there are a list of membership options), and I've enjoyed this so much I've took the unlimited membership option. A session is around 1 hour which consists of a warmup which is mostly Cardio/Bodyweight exercises, then the remainder will be the boxing part of the session, such as taking turns on the pads, punching the bag etc. Big thanks to Leon and Ricky who oversee the sessions they are great help, and a big thanks to Michael who is the Operations Manager. Definitely worth signing up here. Also if you do sign up it would be preferred to get your own gloves and pads.
