40 years a consumer and home perfect is first customer service email response to open with "No," All around arrogant and tough to do business with. I admitted purchasing the wrong product by mistake, offered to purchase correct product which is double the price. All I wanted was to be able to return the incorrect product on the same truck the new one is delivered on. Customer service team replied with the rudest of responses about 20% restocking fee, Inbound shipping cost recovery and return shipping costs. I will be sure to purchase the more expensive product I need elsewhere. What a foolish way to do business.

I ordered a hot water and Home Perfect was great. The communication was on point. Told me when my water heater would arrive and it was on time. I would recommend Home Perfect to others and I will use them again.

ordered two toilet seat and recognized it was the wrong item i ordered in just few hour, and requested for cancelation but they wouldn't cancel it, and have it shipped for need me to return it , in which i have to paid not only the shiping fee, and also 20% of the restocking fee. be careful when u buy!

20% Restocking fee if box is in good condition if not 50%. This is just not acceptable for return items and especially for construction product. They pretty much want no refund policy and no customer support after they sell their product but make this in a different way. I purchased 8 radiators from homeperfect.com later i realized i dont need one of them and want to return. They offer me only 80% back (if box in perfect condition. If box not perfect condition 50%) They have good sales person but ridiculous return policy and no return label even if you offer to pay. But at least they recommend me to sell the item on ebay or marketplace if i dont want to loose money. Thanks for that :)) You guys just make sure its final sale before you purchase anything or you will loose most of purchase price plus return label. And hope this comment help this company to improve themself!
