Verification for EFS card is trash, I tried multiple times but doesn't work. Tried to call costumer service and explain the situation. And asked why they needed these hoops to verify an account. The lady on the other end responded by asking if I ever make a mistake. I said no, not when it comes to my bank account. I had my bank account paper print out from my bank right in front of me at the time. And she repeated the question over and over again. "dOn'T yOu EvEr MaKe MiStaKeS." until i said I make some areas of life. I stopped at that, neither side was going anywhere. So I have to see how long i can survive with only 4$ and a few snacks.

Our account was hacked-- we have 75 cards on and run a lot of volume. Their answer was we will get back with you in the next two weeks. The hackers were taking 2000 per day. If you think you can take the risk place your trust with EFS. We changed all of our pins and a week later the same thing happened again. Unending hold times-- good luck getting a call back if you leave a message.
