Called Calumet Group for a commercial quote. Response was ok..not very fast. Had to call a few times after approvals given to find out where we were in the scheduling process. Second time we used this company it was about the same with follow through. Now we have the bill for the last 60 days and we would love to pay but they cannot seem to get billing right as requested. I have called multiple times to try to get it fixed and all without success. Thought we had it right 3 weeks ago and got a paper bill after requesting it to be sent E Mail (so we can pay it faster) and still not correct. Called today for billing, got the service department, called again because they cannot transfer (that is what I was told) and still no luck. I have another larger job but not sure I want to use these guys again.
