Thank you for your feedback, Tony. We apologize for this inconvenience. That was not our intention. We had our hours set to closed indefinitely which created a lot of confusion for customers thinking we were out of business. We are still open, but our showroom is closed. There is not a great way to differentiate the two through google, but we have reached out to see if we can make it more clear. Have a great day!

You need to update your hours on google! On Google it says open, on the door it says Closed indefinitely. Poor planning on a businesses side and very disappointing.

Came all the way from Indiana to see Mystery Ranch. Did not bother to change Google hours listing. Says open but they are closed until further notice. Completely bummed.

Only packs I will ever buy. Had my zipper break on my pintler while I was helping a buddy pack out his bull. Called Mystery Ranch the next day and explained my situation. I didn't have time for a normal warranty claim because I was leaving for a week long trip of my own in two days. Mystery Ranch took care of everything. They over-nighted me a loaner pack that day so I could I still use a hunting pack for my trip while they worked on my pack. Customer service was second to none. I was blown away by how they made everything work for me. Not only do they have great service but the packs are great, whether I am day hunting or backpacking, the pack can handle it all. I 100% recommend.

Kevin, thanks for your feedback. We do make products in the USA, our entire Military line, and a few items in our Mountain line. We are also one of the largest US backpack manufacturers in the USA, supporting the workforce all over the US. If you reference materials, not all textiles, buckles, zippers, etc are sourced from the USA with other companies, they might be assembled in the US. We will continue to source the best materials available and the most durable construction methods that we can, which the USA dosent always have the highest quality that fit our fit for use standards for our hunting, mountain, and fire packs that dont require Berry Compliancy. Highly disappointed these guys are having their product made overseas! It is time to switch over to quality products made in the USA! Stone Glacier!
