Communication is pretty dire. Dismissive on the phone and reluctant to help with a relatively simple enquiry. Couldn't even be bothered to call back when promised. Makes me question their integrity. A lucky escape maybe?
You won't find a more professional experienced team than those at Austin & Rowe. Sam, Maggie and the team have always gone above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Offering honest advice with a friendly service. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I recently rented a flat with Austin and Roe. They were professional and kind throughout the entire process, and I couldnt have asked for better service. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my queries no matter how small. I primarily dealt with Anna who was a delight to work with. Staff went above and beyond to assist me during my move, as I was being exceptionally awkward due to working nights at the hospital. I cant thank them enough!
Shocking. This viewing was arranged for an elderly relative having to travel some distance to view the property. Contact person was very friendly BUT Arrange to view a property and was told a confirmation email would be sent. It wasnt! No big deal mistakes happen. So I sent an email to confirm details and time of visit. Received a very pleasant reply thanking me and again told a confirmation email would come. It never did even 4 days later. Day of the appointment 20 minutes before the agreed time. I received a very apologetic phone call asking if the viewing could be delayed 30 minutes because they were having a bad day. Not great but these things happen. 50 minutes later, time of rearranged viewing get another apologetic phone call they cannot find the key so a viewing would not be possible. Elderly relatively now completely stressed out and total confused of whats going on. Cant help but also think about the poor people paying them for this service.
