Item never arrived to shipping address. A notification was left from postal carrier stating your package requires an additional $4 for shipping. I contacted Pulse and they said theyre not sure how this is possible b/c your purchase included free shipping. After driving to the post office to see what happened, they informed me that this item wasnt shipped using a Flatrate box. So I had to cover the remaining $4 and the drive to the post office to retrieve my order. Mistake? Who knows. But their customer service was pretty useless! My advice, find your scrubs elsewhere! Theres hundreds of other places!!
