Just wanted to register our vehicle that we and being new to Texas we were totally confused on why an appointment had to be made for a simple registration. There were 33 people in lobby but we had to make an appointment and they could not make one for you. We later learn that wasn't true. If they like you they will make you an appointment as a courtesy. However, we had to wait until our temporary tag almost expired and be subject to more fees for an expired temporary tag. Texas has got to get it's act together with their tag system. They have all these chemical plants polluting the air and want you to get an emissions test for what? I guess it's revenue enhancement.
They sent my tags back in error - when I called to try to clarify the situation NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!!! Called 5 days in a row and left 5 messages - NO returned phone calls. Service at the tax office is HORRIBLE. I only gave 1 star because I had to. Any way I can give a negative star?
Being active duty military I had to do mail-in registration for my vehicle. Well it's been 4 months of me constantly calling to get an update on my paperwork, there was a point were they would tell me one thing and the website say a different thing. Now they say everything is good and ny stuff is awaiting for review.... I been getting that same answer for the past 2 months now with an additional " hopefully this week sir". Not even the dealership wants to extend my paper plates at this point.
ONE OF THE WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN TO SPECIALLY THE ONE TBAT SETTING OUTSIDE HE SHOUD BE WORKING IN A JAIL NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE YOULL NEVER EVER IMPROVES
