Awful awful awful! Stay away! I have now had to call them 3 times for a simple order they cant get right. We ordered fabric retractables, they send vinyl. When they fixed the order and shipped out the new ones, they sent them to the wrong address. Still dont have the proper banners we ordered. Egh! How can they still be in business???

I would NOT suggest ordering from this company until or unless they can turn things around internally. We have an issue with one of our decals not being correct as ordered. For the love of God....we CANNOT get a hold of a SINGLE PERSON in customer service. We have tried phone, email, chat and messages on ALL platforms. Tread lightly if you choose to spend your money with Signs.com. Pay attention to the actual current reviews. They go on for MONTHS of people NOT RECOMMENDING them. Wish we had done more research!

Order# 09486912 - I don't know how these crooks have a 3.8 stars when all I see (here and FB reviews) is negative reviews. I ordered a car window decal. Text with a transparent background. The sign arrived with a WHITE background making the text unreadable unless your standing next to the car. No one will answer the phones so I had to finally resort to chat. Ella told me all perforated window decals come with a WHITE background. The fact that it doesn't tell you that when you design the decal isn't their problem. They didn't lie to me, just didn't give me all the info so too bad. "if you destroy it and send me a picture well refund 1/2" of your purchase price." STAY AWAY from signs.com

Horrible service. Impossible to reach them via email or phone. I ordered 10 signs with standoffs, the standoffs were missing so I placed another order and paid for them again because I needed them quick and they didn't answer to my emails. One week later and the order for only standoffs is incomplete. HOW CAN I RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR TWICE???

Horrible customer service. Ordered some banners for a special event with rush delivery and they never even printed the product. If you have 4 hours to sit on hold only to speak to an overseas agent who doesn't know anything or worse yet, be lied to, then have at it. Never again. They promised for days to call me back and never received a call. Do yourself a favor and go read all the Yelp reviews. Do not use this company. Any positive reviews are more than likely fake. They also own seo com. When you call their number, the line has been disconnected. If you go to one of their other companies stryde.com and try calling, you're sent to a free Google voice account. Everything about these companies makes want to take a shower.
