I purchased two "permanent decals" from signs.com, sized 24" x 18". I submitted very high quality image / artwork files of each. But I was very disappointed in the quality of the final product. What they fail to mention though with their decals is that their printers will NOT match the same high quality. The resolution was poor and quite pixelated. After initiating an immediate online chat with one of their reps, he says "this is due to the dot printing process that we use. We would need to enlarge the graphic for that to come through more clearly." But my issue is if the quality doesn't look good on a printout already sized at 2ft x 18 inches, how much larger does it have to be to see improvement? I am also annoyed that at best you only get a 50% refund, and that's if you provide proof you destroyed the printouts. Otherwise it's a 20% refund I believe. My biggest overall gripe is that they do not state in the product descriptions that these decals use a "dot print process", and that the final image resolution will be much lower. They need to better inform the customer ahead of time via more detailed descriptions of how our high quality images will be rendered. At this time I do not plan on using their services again for a permanent decal. Oh...and one last side note - see all those positive 'customer reviews' at the bottom of their product pages? At the time I'm writing this review, there was no way for me to add a new review to their website or a specific product. And this was confirmed by another online chat with one of their reps, who suggested leaving a review on Google instead. But this leads me to speculate whether or not all of those positive 5-star reviews we see on their website are even legitimate.

Customer service is horrible! I rejected my proof, but my order went to production anyway. Tried to call waited on hold for over 20 minutes! Find another company for your sign needs!
I am receiving my office sign next week and hope the sign is as fantastic as the customer service I've already experienced with them. Megan Witt was extremely helpful through the whole custom design process.
Signs.com gets three stars for the frosted acrylic signs we ordered. They are very nice, but we didn't receive the hardware for one of them! Also, they took forever to be delivered - evidently there was some sort of mixup and they had to send them again (?) As one of the other reviewers said, products and prices are good, but it is almost impossible to get customer service on the telephone, chat, or email! Pretty frustrated right now.
