Updated: 4/29/2021 Revised after receiving a response from owner. Soften some of the language and added a star. I had some issues with my quotation from Clark the owner. You send him a photo and he quotes you a range. I sent photos and a good description of what everything was and got a reasonable quote. I jumped on it and had them out. When they arrive the driver only knew about the one pile and said that the second would be extra. Some how Clark didn't get the first set of photos. So now I've got them out here, I am ready to get rid of this stuff and they are asking for twice the money. The drivers was apologetic, but I never heard from his boss even after messaging him later. (I later heard from the owner after initially posing this review. See below.) Something that bothered me is that the driver needed to turn around to get in my driveway. Instead of going around the block he did a series of quick back and fourths in my neighbors driveway. He didn't hit any cars, but I was holding my breath. Dude just go around the block and do it safely and don't annoy my neighbors. These guys are pretty young. I received a call from the owner after initially posting this review. He wanted to know more details and apologized for messing up the quote, and offered a partial refund. I appreciate that he reached out to resolve the issue, but would have preferred if they were done more promptly.

We had come out to haul roofing shingles for this customer, normally we do a full load to 3ft high in our trailer but with the weight of the shingles, we were only able to load until roughly 2ft high or it would have put us overweight. Also with the size of the house, we wouldn't have been able to fit everything in one load if we did load to 3ft. We explained this to the customer before taking payment and he agreed with no issues. Have tried reaching out about the situation but the customer is unresponsive.

Hired to haul junk. Filled his trailer halfway, took the money and left. Wanted another haul fee to come finish the job. If he filled his trailer the first time he wouldnt have to come back and try to scam for another haul fee.

Appreciate the feedback, however this is common practice among all junk removal companies that advertise on Craigslist. We try to post only a max of 1-2 times per day to keep our ad near the top of search results as other companies post so much every day we would become buried with no one being able to find our great services.

I haven't done business with them, but I couldn't find what I wanted because these people *flooded* Craigslist with literally dozens of duplicate or extremely similar ads.
