Dear Samuel, To clarify about the security deposit, it is fully refundable if you don't end up getting licensed with one of our RMOs. Also, we have a minimum contract term because the RMOs are allowed maximum 3 contractors like you per year, so it's not worth it for them to take on a short term relationship. We only sign up serious contractors who are willing to follow the CSLB rules and have the intention of keeping their business and license until they no longer need the RMO we. I'm sorry you feel that is too demanding, but we take our RMO's clean license seriously and have high expectations of the new contractors to keep it clean. I'm sorry we weren't able to assist you. We hope you find the licensing solution you seek!

They are unprofessional and wants you to sign with them first then give you the contracts and the waiver (with the rmo) to review them so if you didnt like anything about the contract your already done paying the deposit and you are committed for 18 months...highly unrecommended
