Hello Adriana! I hope not to bother so much if i encourage you to share any estimate provided by us as well as base on what??? you use the expression they are not professionals? Which It's very contradictory if you read the 97% of the reviews about this business. Customer service is the most delicate topic in this company and there's cero tolerance to any body who disrespect a customer. Google provides you the option to share photos so i would like to show other people the point of you bad review, we don't recognize you as a customer, and Fresh Media Workshop has a 100% commitment with every single customer satisfaction including budged. Unfortunately there's a person creating fake google accounts just to provide fake reviews against Fresh Media Workshop and opaque the companies image but that's something we can't stop since is an act of hate due the competition and google doesn't put to much attention on fake accounts but we can definitely challenge this person or people to show with proofs what they said and guess what? After I answer the reviews they never come back, They never answer and never show any photo or anything... so my best weapon is try to help make them come back but since i know they are not real i now they're not coming back. i have never hear before about this company but they are pretty fast and neat! i call them in the last minute due a job exposition and they took my information immediately! a bit though due the short time less than 24 hours but the job was done next day successfully! thank you guys i definitely recommend you!

Probably you are confused and even your name does not show in our data base, but this comments are offensive and does not have any sort of proof images payment receipt etc etc... I didn't receive satisfactory service with my business cards and shirts. The cards had a bad appearance and discoloration. The shirts where heat pressed horribly and were wrinkled. I dont recommend you Total rip-off
