Sorry things didn't work out Goran. There were a lot of communication issues with this order and we did our best. The communication problems combined with the art issues and unrealistic expectations made for a difficult situation. Ultimately, it did not work out. I would give these guys zero stars if I could. I sent Brian some shirts to be printed over a month ago and it was a small order. 12 prints total. He said multiple times he would update me and said he would send me emails but I never got them. He also said he would send me an invoice but I never got one. I had to keep calling him multiple times for updates and he said he would email me but he never did. I even asked him to forward me the emails he promised he sent me and he never did. He blamed it on some glitch that I wasnt getting his emails, but the fact that he couldnt forward me the emails he said he was sending, tells me that in fact he never emailed me. I waited three weeks and I finally get an invoice, only to see that the prices were higher than what he told me over the phone before I sent him my shirts. And not only were the prices higher, but the invoice was missing some of the designs I sent him. He is bad at communication and honestly I wouldnt deal with them ever again. I called him to see why the prices were higher and he wouldn't answer my questions, he kept saying I have to talk to Zach. And he claimed Zach was helping a customer and he would call me back as soon as Zach was done, which I knew was a lie because I told him not to hang up and he did anyways. Brian never called me back, so I was right. In fact I called him back two hours later and guess what? No one answered. He could have just turned around and asked Zach, but he refused to do so. He also added an art fee, but all my designs were already sized up and scaled to be the right size. He said on the phone that this was a small order and that it shouldnt be a problem, and I said, well if I only sent you 4 shirts, why is taking over a month to complete? I also said What if I had 50 shirts? How long would that take? and he couldnt answer me because he knew he did me wrong. And eventually he hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Super rude. Honestly dealing with this business has been nothing but a huge waste of my time and money and a headache the whole step of the way. Eventually I told him to just ship me my stuff back because if he can't handle something as simple as communication, then how can I trust him to handle something more complicated like printing out my designs? PLEASE do not do business with them because he will waste your time as well.
