Where do i even start. My mom lives 45 minutes away and was referred here by my dad, but its safe to say that they wont be going back, ever. The customer service is nonexistent. The first guy called my mom to go pick up her glasses and makes her drive 45 minutes away only to tell her that theyre chipped and need to be sent out again. She goes back a second time and its the SAME issue that they cant get fixed so they send them out a second time. The third time is a charm, so they say. Its over 3 weeks since they followed up w my mom. My mom had to do their job and follow up with them and they lie and say, Oh Im opening them right now, they just came in. Let me inspect them and call you back. That call back was never made. The manager, Nicole, is a joke and when my mom went back for a THIRD time over a waiting period of a month and a half... she said that theyre slightly chipped on the edges, but it was the best they could do. She didnt even apologize again for the HORRIBLE experience or offer to make any of it right. They even took us back to an exam room to try on the glasses rather than having her sit at the front desks where you would normally do this. This was truly the worst customer service that we have ever experienced.

People who work there WILL sell over priced frames to as if they are car sales men. Look out for this and protect your wallet.
Doctor is super sweet, and very patient! Took my elderly aunt and uncle and she was so good with them, especially my difficult aunt. Lol. Highly recommend her, will refer my friends and family!

After being a client for over 4 years I called to let the office know I would be running 15 minutes late because of a traffic accident. They told me not to come in and to reschedule which would have been fine if I were not going on an out of country trip for a week without contacts. I let them know I understood they had other clients and would be happy to wait for the scheduled appointments and explained why it was so important to come today. I have never been late or missed an appointment before. Disappointed that this office is not flexible for one of their long term clients. Will be taking my business elsewhere where I am not just a sales number.
