Sales were very knowledgeable, courteous, and overall easy to deal with. I would consider this dealership if I needed to purchase another vehicle. We bought a model with all the options we wanted in the exact color wanted. Although we JUST bought it, we are happy with the personnel and purchase. Will post after we have had the car for awhile. Hopefully. we'll still be happy. Additional comments since purchase: We found that although we were initially happy with the purchase, we soon realized that the dealership did not value our purchase as much as we had initially given them high marks for. The vehicle was not detailed when we looked at it and was only run thru a exterior car washing after the purchase. When we did an interior cleaning, we found an open water bottle under the seat and other debris, therefore, nothing was cleansed inside the vehicle. We only had the vehicle a few weeks when the car indicated that service was required. Why wasn't this done along with a total cleaning of the vehicle prior to putting it up sale!? There were several other items that were not quite right which we have since the initial purchase found that have made us consider another BMW dealer for our future service, support, and sales.
