Horribly rude and condescending staff with limited interest in customers outside of the sleep away camp bubble. Mdse and boxes everywhere, overpriced trendy replicas and a lot of chaotic yelling over aisles.

Hi Rebecca, So sorry you had such a bad experience in our store. The one thing we do take pride in is our customer service but when it gets very busy it's very difficult to give each customer the attention they deserve. Their customer service SUCKS! Employees were rude and condescending. They made me feel like I was irritating them when asking a question and had limited interest in helping me. They only care about your experience if youre buying camp gear or personally know them. Obnoxious and unprofessional, will not return

Perfect Trading Co is our go to for birthday and other gifts! They are always helpful in finding and creating exactly what we are looking for. Everything from personalized fleece pants for a little girl, to fun sweatshirts for grandparents, are always done professionally and in a timely manner.
