The staff at this hotel are incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend staying here. The chef at the restaurant is obnoxious and personally came over to me for sending back an overcooked pasta dish to tell me that I was wrong and be rude to me. This property is poorly managed and was a nightmare of experience.

The absolute worst hotel experience ever. Check in Was over an hour wait and the room stunk like cigarettes and chemical cover up air freshener. I asked for towels and the hotel put them in the floor in front of my room. The Night Shift front desk person was rude and obnoxious as were many of the e staff. What a nightmare.
We had an amazing experience here - I have never felt so well taken care of at a hotel. We arrived very late and so I called ahead to make sure a crib was in the room (which they did - not all hotels are efficient when a crib is requested!) Check in was so easy. And the next day the concierge connected us with a driver who had a car seat to bring us to the cruise port. Room was beautiful and clean.
Ein tolles Hotel mit einem schrecklichen Valet Parking. Das Hotel in gut gelegen für einen Business oder Kurztrip nach Miami. Der Empfang und die Zimmer waren gut, hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Was schrecklich war ist das Valet Parking. Wir haben dreimal unser Fahrzeug benötigt und jedes Mal haben sie es vergessen oder die Nachricht kam nicht an. Das Fahrzeug kann über die Bonvoy App angefordert werden. Das klappt null. Als ich mich bei der Rezeption beschwerte, hieß es dass dies ein Drittanbieter macht und das Hotel keinen Einfluss darauf hat - das ist dem Hotelgast aber egal. Hierfür zahlt man 55,- € die Nacht… Fazit: kein schlechtes Hotel aber durch den Parkservice den 5* verspielt.
