Scam!! Upon arriving to the flat all toilets were blocked so had to ring them to come and unblock them. When they turn up they try and accuse us of smoking cannabis and kick us out after being in the flat for literally 10 minutes. Refusing to give any kind of refund. DO NOT USE!!

Polluting behavior The driver of the service van which attends to the Glasgow Westend flat next door leaves the engine running for 20 min when cleaning the appartment. No concern for the community, no concern for the environment. Poor staff training/ poor company policy! And, by the way, this is illegal!
They have done everything that I expected them to do and they made more than I could of if I did airbnb myself. Really appreciate the team of all the hard work they have put in and will continue with them.
I let my flat through SpotHost over a number of years and found them to be professional, with high standards and ready to deal with almost any issues that arose with guests. It was probably as smooth and easy an experience as you could hope for renting out your home to strangers on the internet. Communication was always excellent and I found Zain, the agent who dealt with my property, to be flexible and practical.
The apartment was mot clean when we first came in, the washing machine door handle was broken and the next day still nobody clean or repair the washing machine.
