Worked with them for over 18 months, spending thousands of dollars as a valued (I thought) customer of theirs until one day I had an issue when switching from embroidery to screen print on my company logo. The owner offered to reprint all the shirts next time I purchased new polos to make up for the color not matching. When my employee went to have some side embroidery done, the guy proceeded to tell him to get out and called me an a$$hole. Incredibly unprofessional. They are good as long as you have no issues ever, customer service is non-existent. Also prices are high compared to local competitors.

i bought an ipad case off them and it was very poor quality picutre of the thing and the case never even fitted right and it was the right kind. not pleased.
