Products are great if you can get them. I'm a retail store that has the option to sell focus products. I will no longer suggest them based on their customer service. Here is my email I've been trying to get my materials. "We changed this on the 17th, due to you didnt have stock of the lower cost one. We were not informed that item was on backorder. When I discovered we found a solution and changed the PO to one that was in stock it was still never delivered till I had to follow up again on where it is. This makes you guys the only the poor customer service list. Less likely.to want to repeat business when it feels like as a customer I don't care. I would.never treat my customers this way." Stay away from this company. Their reputation is not good and product well you go to see it. Hope someone is reading this and pay much attention. This company is very poor in treating their employee, they work like animals to get parts ready for this company, they are most of the time under pressured by the bully supervisors there. Little to say most of the part are defected because machines are not fix correctly, or don't even work. From what I see in the others reviews, they don't have customer services and probably bad rap on making parts.
Worst customer service in the industry especially from Nathan. The company claims products have a limited lifetime warranty and when needing repair their response is the warranty coverage has been terminated. STAY AWAY from this company and its products.
